Information We Process
Tortal may process profile details, contact information, workspace membership, tasks, calendar events, messages, wiki pages, documents, assets, timecards, leave records, audit trails and security logs.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide workspace functionality, manage access, support collaboration, keep records accurate, send relevant notifications and maintain platform security.
Workspace Administration
Your workspace administrators may configure policies, manage users, review audit trails and control access to workspace modules. Personal workspaces have fewer employee-management features than organization workspaces.
Security
Tortal uses role-based access, workspace separation, audit logging and optional two-factor authentication. Users should protect their credentials and report suspicious activity promptly.
Retention and Export
Workspace administrators may configure data retention rules. Users can access privacy and data export options from Account Settings where enabled.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact your workspace administrator or Tortal support.
