Using Tortal
Tortal is a workspace platform for managing tasks, calendars, communication, employees, assets and administration. You must use the service lawfully, responsibly and in line with any policies set by your workspace.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account. If your workspace requires two-factor authentication, you must complete setup before continuing to use the workspace.
Workspace Content
Your workspace may contain business records, employee information, wiki pages, messages, files and audit data. Only upload content you are authorised to store and share. Workspace administrators control access to workspace data.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users, upload harmful files or use Tortal to process information you are not permitted to handle.
Availability and Changes
Tortal may be updated, improved or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Features may change as the platform develops, but we aim to keep the service stable, secure and useful.
